North Atlantic Services (NAS)

North Atlantic
Services was founded as an NVOCC- non vessel operating common carrier - in
1996. As a member of the Gosselin Group, NAS provides ocean services to its
removal divisions as well as to third parties. North Atlantic Services handles
ocean services of household goods between the United
States and Northern and Southern
Europe.
As a result of the
volumes handled, we are able to provide our customers with very competitive
pricing in addition to a wide range of value added services.
In transit Visibility
Over the years NAS
has made great efforts on developing an online tracking system on where our customers
and their agents can view the status of their shipments real time. This can be found clicking the button "Military Tracking" on top op this website or here, and is now part of Government Logistics.
One may search the
tracking system based on single or multiple criteria such as vessel, container,
government bill of lading number, shipper name, etc. This will not only allow
you to find all relevant information on the shipments, but also connects to our
Document system where you find the rated
manifest copies, ocean invoices, clearance forms, and many other important
documents which are available at your finger tips.
More general matters
are displayed and kept up to date, such as our Instruction guide on Ocean
bill of lading preparation, information on vessel delays, rate sheets per
cycle, a memo on existing surcharges, an Arbitrary summary page, etc.
